Meet Lorna

I created Ebb & Flow because I believe that connecting with lunar and seasonal cycles shouldn't require years of study, expensive tools, or adherence to any particular tradition.

My approach is to explore what calls to you, leave what doesn't, and trust your own path. I’m simply a few steps ahead, sharing what I’ve discovered and holding space for others to find their own way in.
